A beautiful, cozy restaurant in downtown Dresden. I always enjoy going there. The staff is very nice and you almost always get a seat. However, I would recommend reserving in advance. The prices are absolutely okay. This Italian gets full marks from me!
Very tasty pizza, but unfortunately the current menu differs from the normal and online menu. The pizzas have the same names, but the prices and ingredients vary. This was not pointed out when ordering by telephone. Therefore, my expectation was not met.
A wonderful restaurant! Always super delicious food and great, nice staff! Great offers and wonderfully priced. I can really only recommend it!
You can definitely go there. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation. Staff nice, portions really sufficient and tasty.
We may have had the best chef's day, but the pizza was far from generally accepted standards. It was practically difficult to eat, because the dough could barely be cut with a knife (steak!). The taste was still acceptable. One star for nice beer and another for friendly service. All in all, it's hard to recommend with a clear conscience.
The lunch menu is particularly recommended! You can eat delicious pizza and pasta there. Normal, slightly elevated price level. BUT with the LUNCH SPECIAL you can enjoy the (very large) pizza for around € 8.50.
Ok but nothing special. Pizzas bit but food a bit bland.
Real Italian with excellent food. Stylishly furnished after renovation. The house juices are a highlight and recommendation. Pure taste
Good food, good service.
The ambience, the service, the decor...ooo la la. Please take yourself out on a date there. And if you don’t wanna spend too much money, try the Apero time, daily from 16:00 - 18:00 -@lostsura
Food and atmosphere were good. Order only took 4 stars from me. But otherwise I would definitely recommend it
The food was really delicious. Highly recommended! My wife and I were both happy with the food and the staff. So with pleasure again.
If you're looking for decent food in Dresden, you've come to the right place. Decent portions at fair prices and a friendly, courteous staff distinguish the staff! The home-made lemonades and lasagna are standard orders, simply delicious. Bruschetta as an appetizer is also highly recommended. And don't be disappointed if the service doesn't come across as great as you read it here, because the restaurant is busy with guests when you visit: The waiters are only human and when the house is full, things can go wrong, too if I haven't personally experienced this before! :)
Food: The quality has decreased significantly compared to the months before. The pasta that was offered did not meet the requirements of a restaurant. Waiter: Kind of friendly. Protection ordinance: HUGE MINUS: At the time of the visit ABSOLUTELY no protection measures were implemented. Waiters do NOT wear MOUTH PROTECTION (not even on their chin) or gloves. The tables were clearly too close (less than 1.5 m at best 1 m if at all) to each other. There is also no guest list. Conclusion: no further recommendation
Despite having made a reservation, we only got one table inside. Inside, unfortunately, there was really loud music that was turned down on request and then turned up again 10 minutes later. Fortunately, the food was really delicious.
In the middle of Dresden's pub district on the corner of Kreuzstrasse and Gewandhausstrasse is a wonderful Italian restaurant, La Osteria. During our seven-day stay in Dresden, we visited this restaurant twice because it turned out to be my wife's favorite restaurant, especially because it's so nice to sit outside in the fresh air and at the same time watch and enjoy the crowd. La Osteria is famous for its pizzas, although the pasta is also rich and tasty. In the restaurant, a large number of menu suggestions are written on slate boards with chalk, whereby the employee who presented the dishes has a flawless, captivating and almost calligraphic handwriting, a true Michelangelo! But La Osteria's special self-promotion is that their pizzas should all have an average size of forty centimeters - and that is by no means a lie. We ordered a total of four pizzas in two days and all four were huge, so we weren't promised too much. The pizza dough was hot, thin and crispy, just like a stone oven pizza should be. My wife once ordered a pizza with chicken, vegetables and mozzarella, another time a Quattro Stagioni. On the first visit, I opted for the Greek pizza with feta cheese, pepperoni and minced meat sauce, the second time for the Quattro Formagi with walnuts. All four pizzas were very large and tasty, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely okay; however, at least on my Greek pizza, there was a lot of no-man's-land, i.e. H. a topping was completely missing in some places - in my opinion, a little more ground meat sauce would certainly not have driven the owner into bankruptcy. Otherwise, La Osteria was highly recommended, the service was friendly, relaxed and appropriately prompt, we would love to come back on our next visit to Dresden. From 6 p.m. people queue up outside to get a table, word of quality justifiably gets around.
Unfortunately we had very long waiting times and that all evening. The portions are really gigantic for the price. So perfect for people with a big appetite.
Super tasty Italian pizza. Good selection of food and drinks. Price performance and service top
We stopped spontaneously :) and sat outside. The next time a little further away from the footpath, our meal was commented on several times. We were served quickly and in a friendly manner. The pizzas we ordered were delivered quickly. They tasted very good. Price-performance ratio is balanced. Gladly again :)!
Delicious pizza!
Based on good ratings, I decided to go for dinner here. Traveling by myself a table for one. Terraces pretty full, without being offered to wait for a table outside I was placed in a corner inside, in a corner with no one near me. Waiter took forever to take order of even a drink. I was ready to walk out and find another place. In hindsight I should have. Being annoyed already by the time it took for the order to be taken (>15 minutes), I started timing the delivery of the drink, which took almost 10 minutes... fortunately the pizza followed quickly. Food was ok, service was not stellar. Mask wearing, not present by staff. If you’re eating here by yourself I propose to go to a different restaurant.
We ate very well and the price was great! Unfortunately, the service seemed a bit stressed and forgot us several times. Still only to be recommended!
Delicious and huge pizzas. Service is great too.
We waited for the card for almost half an hour, then nobody came forever. The only thing that worked was the food order. Then we had to speak to the waiter several times because he forgot everything as soon as he was gone. In the end we were charged 2 boxes instead of one. Unfortunately never again!
Superlecker.
Lovely place to eat, friendly staff who wore masks correctly, very attentive and fabulous food
Super.
The food is good and came very quickly. However, it took too long (20-25min) until someone would come to take the orders.
Great ?
Very expensive for a very bad quality! The carbonara is more like scrambled egg, all the entries were very low quality. Not that tasty or special, but for sure not professional Italian food. We paid way too much for.the quality we've got. Next time we're going to Vapiano
A nice and cosy little place to spend an evening. Maybe it's the dish we ordered or the taste of our mouth, we did not enjoy it that much. The pasta was cooked in a very loose sauce without much spices. The dessert looked like icecream scoops but turns out its not. The waiter gives you good suggestions and brings the food really quick.
Atrocious service. I was seated promptly at a small table near the front of the restaurant and was then studiously ignored for the next 15 minutes. Lots of staff members were in constant motion but not one seemed to see me. I finally left. No one seemed to notice me then, either.
Good food but waiter adding extra pizza on our tab and then acting it was a "mistake" was not nice.
Nice pizza. Staff frendly but wery little knowledge of English language. Owr nice evening with family.
Best lasagne! And always available unlike the other place ;-)
This is one of two La Osterias in Dresden (that I know of). We sat outside at lunch on a Sunday. Practically empty! Good was great and the service was friendly. Next door is another Italian! Try that one as well! ?
Foods preparations very fast but a bit too oily.
Very good food. I've ordered pizza and salad. They were tasty and fresh. Prices are reasonable as a restaurant in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay by card.
Good pizzas and pastas
I ordered a lasagna to go, it was done in 5 minutes and it was the most delicious thing ever. The manager even got me a metal fork to go and he said it was fine. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
Nice place overall but nothing too special.
Decent place with decent food
Good food and big meals at a reasonable price. Service is OK.
Tasty pizza, professional service.
Great service. Attentive service and worth it to go outside the usual meal times, as the restaurant is then virtually empty. The quality of the dishes is excellent, special requests on the pizza are heard and delivered. Is an absolute tip.
Good pizza and fine service, but for lunch their selection was too small
Good taste! People who served were also very kind. It was perfect
Pizza is good
Very good thin crispy Pizza Great service
Good pizza for good value. Proper Italian style base and generous toppings.
